Role Overview
We are seeking a
talented and driven Real Estate Advisor
to join our professional sales team. In this role, you will act as a trusted consultant to clients, guiding them through property purchases, sales, and investment decisions while representing Hogar Properties with the highest standards of professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
Advise clients on residential, off-plan, and investment property opportunities in Dubai.
Identify, qualify, and engage potential buyers and investors through various channels.
Present properties through site visits, virtual tours, and professional client meetings.
Maintain strong knowledge of market trends, pricing, and developer offerings.
Negotiate terms and close transactions to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Build long-term relationships to generate repeat and referral business.
Coordinate with marketing, administration, and developer teams to ensure smooth transactions.
Represent Hogar Properties at events, exhibitions, and client engagements.
Requirements
Minimum 3+ years of experience
in real estate advisory or property sales.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Client-focused mindset with high professional ethics.
Fluency in
English
is mandatory; additional languages are a strong advantage.
Professional appearance and confident demeanor.
UAE driving license preferred.
