Role Overview
We are seeking a knowledgeable and client-oriented Real Estate Advisor to join our growing team. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong understanding of the local market, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping clients find the right property solutions. You will be responsible for managing property transactions, building relationships, and delivering tailored advice to buyers, sellers, and investors.
Key Responsibilities
Advise clients on buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties
Conduct property viewings and provide market insights and recommendations
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and investors
Stay informed about market trends, legal regulations, and new property listings
Negotiate offers and close deals with professionalism and integrity
Use CRM systems to manage leads, interactions, and transaction records
Meet and exceed monthly performance targets
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales or advisory
Strong knowledge of the Abu Dhabi and UAE property market
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage
UAE driving license and own vehicle preferred
Familiarity with CRM platforms and digital marketing tools
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and client-focused
