Real Estate Property Consultant/Advisor!

Key Responsibilities:

Client Consultation:

Meet with clients to understand their real estate needs and provide expert guidance on property options, market trends, and investment opportunities.

Property Sales & Leasing:

Advise clients on available properties for sale or rent, negotiate deals, and close transactions.

Market Research & Insights:

Stay up-to-date with the latest property market trends in the UAE to offer clients relevant information.

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to generate repeat business and referrals.

Networking & Business Development:

Actively seek new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and lead generation.

Documentation & Process Handling:

Assist clients in completing the necessary paperwork and follow through the sales process to ensure smooth transactions.

Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience

in real estate sales or property consultancy (minimum 1 year preferred). Excellent communication and

negotiation skills

- fluency in English is essential; Arabic and other languages are a plus. Strong

knowledge of the UAE real estate market

and property laws.

Self-motivated

with a passion for sales and achieving targets. Ability to work

independently

and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Exceptional interpersonal skills

and a customer-first approach. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with real estate CRM systems.
