We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic
Real Estate Advisor
to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will guide clients through the process of buying, selling, or leasing residential and/or commercial properties. You will build lasting relationships, offer expert advice, and help clients make confident real estate decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties
Conduct property tours and open houses
Provide expert guidance and market analysis to clients
Build and maintain client relationships through regular communication and exceptional service
Collaborate with team members to close transactions efficiently
Negotiate deals and prepare necessary documentation and contracts
Stay updated on market trends, property values, and best practices
Promote company listings and brand through marketing efforts and social media
Qualifications:
Proven experience in real estate sales or advisory (preferred, but not mandatory for highly motivated candidates)
Valid real estate license (or willingness to obtain)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
