Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and experienced
Real Estate Advisor
to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of the Abu Dhabi property market, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales or leasing. This role requires the ability to guide clients through property transactions and provide expert investment advice.
Key Responsibilities
Advise clients on buying, selling, and renting properties in Abu Dhabi.
Provide insights on property values, investment opportunities, and market trends.
Conduct property viewings and coordinate with landlords, developers, and tenants.
Negotiate contracts and ensure smooth transaction processes.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional customer service.
Stay updated on real estate laws, regulations, and market developments.
Requirements
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in real estate sales or leasing, preferably in Abu Dhabi.
Strong knowledge of the local property market and investment advisory.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Valid UAE driving license (preferred).
RERA/DMT certification is a plus.
