Metropolitan Capital Real Estate is seeking a proactive and client-oriented Real Estate Advisor to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the local property market and a passion for helping clients make informed real estate decisions. This role involves guiding buyers, sellers, and investors through every step of the property transaction process with professionalism and integrity.
Responsibilities
Provide expert advice to clients on buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties
Conduct property viewings and offer insights on market conditions, pricing, and investment potential
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, developers, and stakeholders
Negotiate deals and manage documentation to ensure smooth and compliant transactions
Stay updated on market trends, legal regulations, and new developments in Abu Dhabi
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to promote listings and generate leads
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and property listings using CRM systems
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate advisory or sales, preferably in the UAE
Strong knowledge of the Abu Dhabi property market
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and meet performance targets
Fluency in English is required; Arabic or other languages are an advantage
Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle preferred
RERA or equivalent certification is preferred
