We're looking for a proactive and client-focused Real Estate Advisor to join our growing team. You'll be responsible for guiding clients through property transactions, offering expert advice, and helping them make informed decisions in Abu Dhabi's dynamic real estate market.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties
Conduct property viewings, market analysis, and price evaluations
Provide insights on market trends, investment opportunities, and legal procedures
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, landlords, and investors
Negotiate deals and manage documentation for smooth transactions
Maintain accurate records using CRM systems and property portals
Collaborate with internal teams to meet sales targets and deliver excellent service
Requirements:
Experience in real estate sales or leasing, preferably in Abu Dhabi
Strong understanding of the UAE property market and regulations
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Fluent in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus)
UAE driving license and own vehicle preferred
Familiarity with platforms like Bayut, Property Finder, and CRM tools
Positive attitude, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
