Key Responsibilities:
Assist the sales team with preparing and managing property listings.
Handle inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp professionally.
Prepare tenancy contracts, NOCs, and basic real estate documentation.
Coordinate with developers, property portals, and government authorities (Ejari, Trakheesi, DLD, etc.) as required.
Support day-to-day office operations including filing, scheduling, and data entry.
Assist in social media postings and online property listings.
Ensure all administrative tasks are completed on time and with accuracy.
Assist the accountant with preparing payroll and attendance list.
Coordinate the recruitment and onboarding of candidates through platforms such as Indeed and LinkedIn.
Requirements:
Proven experience in an
administrative role
(mandatory).
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to multitask and handle administrative responsibilities.
Professional attitude and willingness to learn the real estate sector.
Fluent in English. Basic Arabic is advantage.
Expected joining date : End of September 2025
