The profile should have strong knowledge of property law, attention to detail, good organization and ability to manage multiple transaction simultaneously.
Key Measures:
Create, update, and manage property listings (CRM, portals like Bayut, Property Finder, etc.)
Ensure all listings have accurate information, photos, and pricing
Prepare property forms: Form A / Form B / Form I / Form F
Maintain a database of: Title Deeds / DLD permits / Ownership documents
Plan and maintain SOP process for all RE transactions
Coordinate with agents to collect missing documents
Schedule viewings and property inspections
Confirm appointments with clients and agents
Update internal calendars with meetings and site visits
Answer incoming inquiries from portals and forward to agents
Maintain lead database in CRM
Follow up with cold/warm leads (if required)
Support customer care in handling document requests or simple queries
Input new listings, client details, documents into CRM
Ensure expired listings are removed or updated
Upload property photos, videos, and legal documents
