Job Description

  • Answering the queries of customers on phone calls, emails and in person
  • Meeting arrangements, Agency agreement contract preparation, Tenancy contracts, Reservation forms and Sales purchase agreements
  • CRM Management, Leads Management, sales and rental Management, and other advertising portal
  • Monitoring inventory sales, rentals and renewals
  • Knowledge of Dubai Land Department, Oqood registration, Title Deed, Initial Sales Contract, Initial statement Certificate applications
  • Attending and greeting clients, holding exhibitions regarding promoting the products
  • Arranging the employees' details, keeping records of their leaves, salaries and medical insurance and visa processing
  • Screening and arranging the interviews
  • Keeping coordination with the management and direct to HR, about employees' rights & issues
  • travel arrangements, ticket and hotel booking, coordination with accounts, look after medical insurance and property insurance plans etc,
renewal reminders for yearly rental customers & company licenses and permits. Job Type: Full-time Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Education:
  • Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience:
  • Real estate: 2 years (Preferred)
