  • A minimum of two years' experience in a project management, real estate, or a similar role.
  • Competency in MS Office and relevant databases and software
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Well organized with excellent time management skills
  • Responsibilities include administrative duties such as keeping track of all transaction documents in the client database for our real estate agents, monitoring and notifying clients of essential deadlines, complying with legal procedures, and planning appointments and final walkthroughs.
Responsibilities are:
  • Be in contact with developers and maintain good relations with them
  • Developing a competitive market price by comparing properties.
  • Creating lists for real estate sale properties, with information location, features, square footage, etc.
  • Reviewing purchase contracts to ensure terms are met.
  • Promoting properties with ads, listings, and open houses.
  • Preparing loyalty contracts, purchase agreements, rental agreements, deeds, and other documents for each real estate transaction.
