We are seeking a

proactive and organized Real Estate Administrator

to join our Dubai team. The ideal candidate will have experience in real estate operations and strong administrative skills to support the team in day-to-day property management and client coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage property listings, contracts, client records, and documentation. Write and update content for property listings on our website and other platforms. Coordinate schedules, appointments, and client follow-ups. Handle client inquiries via email, phone, and in-person. Support the team with office administration, reporting, and CRM management. Ensure compliance with Dubai real estate regulations and internal policies.

Requirements:

Master's degree preferred. 2-4 years of experience in real estate administration or related roles. Experience working directly with management or CEO is a plus. Strong knowledge of Dubai real estate regulations. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (Zoho, Salesforce, or similar). Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
