JOB DESCRIPTION: ADMIN CUM ACCOUNTS - REAL ESTATE DIVISION
Overview -
The Admin cum Accounts Executive supports the Real Estate Division through tenant coordination, basic accounting tasks, and administrative operations. The role requires strong communication skills, accuracy in financial entries, and familiarity with SAP.
Key Responsibilities -
Follow up with tenants via email and phone for queries, payments, and documentation.
Track and follow up on outstanding payments.
Coordinate contract renewals and share required details with tenants.
Perform data entry, payment posting, and maintain accurate records in SAP.
Assist with VAT collection processes and general accounting tasks.
Maintain organized filing systems and support day-to-day administrative activities.
Qualifications -
Experience in admin and accounts roles, preferably in real estate.
Working knowledge of SAP.
Basic understanding of VAT and general accounting principles.
Strong communication, organization, and MS Office skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to AED2,500.00 per month
