Real Estate Admin
to support our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced property environment, has
a minimum of 3 years of relevant real estate administrative experience
, and can manage multiple tasks with precision and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
KYC checks & AML compliance assistance
Handling commission requests
Developer registrations & coordination
Bayut & Property Finder management
Creating and updating property listings
Calendar & appointment management
Office maintenance coordination
Petty cash management
Basic bookkeeping support
Email management & correspondence
Handling A, B, and F contracts
Deal preparation & support
Entering deals in Excel/CRM
Developer launch summaries
Marketing support
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of real estate administrative experience
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
High attention to detail & accuracy
Excellent written and verbal communication
Proficiency in Excel, CRM platforms & general office software
Ability to manage confidential information responsibly
Proactive, reliable, and solution-oriented attitude

Monday - Friday:
10:00 - 19:00
Saturday & Sunday:
Reachability only (no office presence)
