We are looking for a

smart, polished, and ambitious Property Administration & Leasing Executive (female)

to become the backbone of our landlord-tenant operations. This is a

hybrid role

that combines:

Administration

(contracts, renewals, Ejari, CRM, property management support)

Client Service

(landlord/tenant communication, handovers, portfolio coordination)

Leasing Showings

(conducting professional property tours for prospective tenants)
This is NOT a cold-calling, commission-only sales job. This is a structured role with a

solid base salary, guaranteed leads, and a real career path

into property management and international asset advisory.

What You'll Do

Manage Aston Gate's portfolio of rental listings and coordinate tenant/landlord requests. Conduct property showings with professionalism -- representing our brand to international clients. Handle contracts, renewals, Ejari, and all back-office support for leasing. Be the

face of Aston Gate's Asset Management division

-- ensuring landlords feel their assets are in safe hands. Support senior management in property management growth.

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary:

AED 3,500 - 5,500 (based on experience & presentation)

Incentives:

Deal bonuses on successful rentals & renewals

Who Should Apply?

Female candidates with leasing or admin experience (real estate preferred). Sharp, professional, and client-facing presence. Strong English required; Arabic/Tagalog/Hindi is an asset. Hungry to grow into a long-term career, not just "do deals."
