Ideal Candidate Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in the real estate industry.
Proficient in managing social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, etc.).
Familiarity with
Anti-Money Laundering (AML)
and
Know Your Customer (KYC)
regulations is an advantage.
Experience using
CRM systems
and monitoring online property listings.
Skilled in processing
property permits
and
broker IDs
through
Trakheesi
.
Knowledgeable in real estate documentation and forms (Form A, B, F, and I) and related applications.
Proficient in
MS Office
applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Smart, well-presented, and highly detail-oriented.
Eager to learn and acquire new skills.
Strong sense of teamwork, reliability, and professionalism.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Strong research, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
Capable of providing comprehensive office and operational support to the team.
Able to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
