Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated

Real Estate Administrative Coordinator

to join our growing organization. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional administrative and operational support to Management and our team of luxury property agents.

Ideal Candidate Requirements:



Minimum of 2 years of experience in the real estate industry. Proficient in managing social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, etc.). Familiarity with

Anti-Money Laundering (AML)

and

Know Your Customer (KYC)

regulations is an advantage. Experience using

CRM systems

and monitoring online property listings. Skilled in processing

property permits

and

broker IDs

through

Trakheesi

. Knowledgeable in real estate documentation and forms (Form A, B, F, and I) and related applications. Proficient in

MS Office

applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Smart, well-presented, and highly detail-oriented. Eager to learn and acquire new skills. Strong sense of teamwork, reliability, and professionalism. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Strong research, organizational, and multitasking abilities. Capable of providing comprehensive office and operational support to the team. Able to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
