Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented

Real Estate Administrative Assistant

to support our real estate office with day-to-day administrative tasks. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring smooth operations, supporting agents, maintaining compliance, and enhancing client service.

Key Responsibilities:



Administrative Support:



Manage and organize real estate documents, contracts, and client files Prepare listing agreements, buyer representation agreements, and other real estate documents Coordinate schedules, meetings, and property showings Maintain office supplies, records, and CRM systems

Client & Agent Communication:



Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries (phone, email, in-person) Support real estate agents with transaction coordination and communication Follow up with clients and vendors as needed

Listing & Marketing Assistance:



Input property listings into portals and company websites Coordinate photography, signage, and property brochures Manage social media posts and marketing campaigns for listings and company branding

Transaction Coordination:



Track and manage deadlines for buyer and seller transactions Ensure all paperwork is accurate, complete, and submitted on time Liaise with title companies, lenders, and clients to ensure smooth closings

Compliance & Reporting:



Ensure all files comply with legal, regulatory, and brokerage requirements Maintain accurate data for reporting, including closings, leads, and marketing ROI

Qualifications:



Previous experience in real estate or administrative support preferred Excellent communication and organizational skills Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Follow Up Boss) Knowledge of real estate software (e.g., MLS, Dotloop, DocuSign, ZipForms) is a plus Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
