Real Estate Administrator
to support our sales team and ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, review, and process real estate documents, contracts, and forms.
Coordinate property listings, advertisements, and marketing materials.
Maintain updated client and property databases (CRM).
Schedule property viewings and coordinate with agents and clients.
Ensure compliance with RERA regulations and company policies.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and client inquiries professionally.
Support sales agents with administrative tasks to close deals efficiently.
Requirements:
Minimum 1-2 years of real estate administration experience in UAE.
Knowledge of RERA forms and Dubai property procedures is an advantage.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems.
Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
Salary & Benefits:
Salary: AED 3,000 - 4,000 (based on experience)
