to support our team in daily operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in real estate or property management within the UAE and be familiar with Dubai Land Department (DLD), Ejari, RERA regulations, and standard leasing procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle and maintain all documentation related to tenancy contracts, renewals, and terminations
Prepare Ejari registrations and cancellations via the Dubai REST app or approved centers
Coordinate with landlords, tenants, and government entities for required documentation and approvals
Maintain and update property listings, records, and CRM systems
Schedule property viewings and liaise with brokers and agents
Prepare invoices, receipts, and track rental payments and outstanding dues
Support in drafting and reviewing lease agreements and NOCs
Handle client inquiries via phone, email, or in person professionally
Monitor and update DLD and RERA compliance documentation
Assist with handover and takeover procedures, including keys, inspection checklists, and clearance letters
Manage office supplies, filing systems, and general administrative tasks
Requirements:
Proven experience in real estate administration or a related field (minimum 2 years preferred)
Strong knowledge of Dubai real estate procedures, Ejari, and DLD processes
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and property management software (CRM systems like PropSpace or Masterkey)
Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills
Attention to detail and ability to multitask
Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
Knowledge of UAE labor and tenancy laws is an advantage
