Key Responsibilities:

Ensure accuracy and relevance of property listings for sales and rentals. Organize real estate documents and agreements, ensuring legal compliance. Coordinate property maintenance and repairs, liaising with contractors for quality work. Must have experience working in Ejari, Forms A,B, Tarkeesi and DLD. Manage and secure office databases for efficient access to client and property information. Conduct verified checks on Property Finder to maintain accurate and up-to-date listings. Utilize Salesforce to manage client interactions and maintain communication records. Prepare and oversee lease agreements and renewals. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to coordinate leasing events and viewings.

Skills & Requirements:

1. Strong team management & coaching skills.

2. Proficiency in English is must. Arabic & other languages are a plus.

3. Good knowledge of Dubai Real Estate industry & real estate laws.

4. Strong communication skills - including both verbal & written.

5. Relationship-building.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
