The Real Estate Administrative Assistant will support the daily operations of our real estate business, ensuring smooth administrative processes, client communication, and document management.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and organize property listings and client databases
Prepare and review legal documents, contracts, and agreements
Assist in scheduling property viewings and meetings
Handle correspondence via email and phone
Coordinate with clients, agents, and service providers
Maintain accurate records and reports
Support marketing activities and promotional campaigns
Perform general administrative duties as needed
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role, preferably in real estate or property management
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Strong communication skills in English and
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Knowledge of real estate processes and documents is a plus
Attention to detail and high level of professionalism
Qualifications:
High school diploma or higher; additional certification in administration or real estate is a plus
Previous experience in a real estate admin role preferred
