We are a growing real estate company looking for a reliable and detail-oriented
Administrative Person
to support our day-to-day operations. This is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and has experience in the real estate industry or a similar field.
Responsibilities:
Manage and organize property listings and CRM updates
Respond to offcie inquiries via email, phone, or chat
Coordinate with agents and third-party vendors (inspectors, photographers, etc.)
Schedule property showings and meetings
Assist with preparing contracts, agreements, and other documents
Perform general admin tasks such as data entry, calendar management, and email handling
Requirements:
Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
Prior experience in real estate or admin support preferred
Strong attention to detail and time management skills
Tech-savvy - familiar with tools like Google Workspace, Excel, CRM systems, etc.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
