Key Responsibilities:
Handle real estate administrative tasks (contracts, listings, coordination with agents)
Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR documentation
Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding of staff
Prepare offer letters, contracts, and HR letters
Coordinate with PRO for visa, labor, and immigration processes
Manage payroll inputs, leaves, and performance records
Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies
Support management with daily office operations
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year experience in UAE real estate (Admin & HR role mandatory)
Strong knowledge of UAE real estate operations and HR procedures
Familiarity with RERA, Ejari, trakheesi and real estate documentation is a plus
Must have experience in listing ( Bayut, Dubizzle and Property Finder)
Experience in making Form A,B and Contracts
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Proficient in MS Office and basic HR systems
Ability to multitask and work independently
Salary:
AED 3500- 4000 monthly
