to join our dynamic team in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities
Manage property listings, developers registration, and document filing
Handle calls, emails, and client inquiries professionally
Support the sales team with client follow-ups and marketing activities
Prepare and update property advertisements on portals (Bayut, Dubizzle, Property Finder, etc.)
Manage day-to-day office operations and reports.
Key Responsibilities for Human Resources (HR):
Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle: from job posting and CV screening to scheduling interviews and conducting initial screenings.
Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth and welcoming integration into the company.
Maintain meticulous and confidential employee records and HR databases.
Support employee engagement initiatives and act as a first point of contact for HR-related queries.
Assist in performance management and probation review administration.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Residence in Dubai: The candidate must be currently residing in Dubai.
Experience: A minimum of one year of experience as an admin in a real estate brokerage office
Proficiency in creating and using smart forms, such as A, B, F.
Strong experience in preparing and posting advertisements on major real estate platforms like Bayut and Property Finder.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
