Key Responsibilities:
Perform day-to-day administrative and secretarial tasks in an office environment
Provide clerical support to agents and management, including preparing reports, conducting research, and collecting data
Organize and maintain office files and records
Manage communication channels: answer calls, respond to emails, and coordinate meetings
Support smooth office operations while maintaining a positive and professional atmosphere
Ensure punctuality, flexibility, and effective time management
Qualifications & Skills:
Female applicant from the Philippines (must be residing in Ajman)
Previous experience in the real estate field is an advantage
Strong knowledge of property portals (
Bayut, Dubizzle, Property Finder
)
Proficiency in
MS Word and Excel
Excellent organizational and communication skills
