2+ years of real estate administrator in a Real estate company in UAE
Strong working knowledge of Bayut, Dubizzle, Property Finder, Ejari, and Trakheesi systems.
Familiarity with tenancy laws and documentation standards
Excellent organizational, communication, and follow-up skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
Key Responsibilities
Create, update, and manage listings across Bayut, Dubizzle, and Property Finder.
Prepare and renew tenancy contracts, ensuring accuracy across Contract A, B, and F formats.
Register and cancel tenancy contracts on Ejari and Tarakhisi and all portals related.
Monitor leads and inquiries, coordinate property viewings from all the portals.
Ensure timely reporting on portal performance and occupancy statistics.
Liaise with tenants, landlords, and agents for documentation and tenancy renewals.
Manage administrative duties related to leasing, inspections, and maintenance coordination.
