Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Real Estate Administrator to support our daily operations. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of UAE real estate experience, excellent knowledge of property portals, RERA/Trakheesi requirements, and strong administrative skills.

Key Responsibilities:



Manage and update property listings on portals such as Bayut, Dubizzle, Property Finder, etc. Prepare tenancy contracts, Form A/B, MOUs, and other real estate documentation as per UAE regulations. Coordinate with agents, landlords, developers, and clients for smooth property transactions. Handle RERA/Trakheesi approvals, listing verifications, and documentation submissions. Maintain organized records of listings, transactions, and client information. Assist in preparing marketing materials, brochures, and online campaigns. Provide administrative support to the sales and leasing teams. Handle calls, emails, and inquiries professionally and promptly. Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE real estate regulations.

Requirements:



Minimum 2 years of experience in the UAE real estate industry. Strong knowledge of property portals, RERA/Trakheesi procedures, and real estate documentation. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Fluent in English; Arabic is an added advantage.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
