Deal Sourcing & Origination
+ Identify and build a pipeline of off-market real estate acquisition opportunities (
land, residential, commercial, industrial or mixed-use).
+ Establish and maintain a strong network of agents, brokers, developers, landlords, and asset owners.
+ Negotiate directly with sellers and intermediaries to secure favourable terms.
Opportunity Evaluation
+ Perform
financial modelling and valuation analysis
on prospective deals (IRR, NPV, cash flow, etc.).
+ Conduct
commercial due diligence
including market comps, rental potential, yield profile, and exit strategies.
+ Prepare concise deal memos and
investment recommendations
for internal decision-makers.
Transaction Support
+ Coordinate initial deal structuring and documentation.
+ Liaise with legal, technical, and financial advisors through the acquisition process.
Additional Information
Requirements:
Minimum 7 years of experience in UAE real estate acquisition.
Strong network and knowledge of
UAE property market dynamics
, including Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
Proven ability to
source off-market opportunities
and move deals forward independently.
Advanced skills in
Excel financial modelling
and commercial due diligence.
Fluent in English; Arabic is a strong plus.
