Role Overview

We are seeking an ambitious, driven, and highly knowledgeable Real Estate Agent to join and support our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Dubai's property market and experience in building or mentoring a sales team. This role is integral to enhancing our business performance, driving sales, and contributing to the overall strategic growth of the company.

Key Responsibilities

Generate, qualify, and convert leads into successful property sales, ensuring a consistent and healthy pipeline. Manage the full sales cycle, including property sourcing, client consultations, property viewings, negotiations, and closing deals. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current market trends, pricing, and competitor activity to inform clients and support internal strategy. Develop and implement effective sales processes, workflows, and best practices to support the growth and efficiency of the real estate division. Actively contribute to team expansion by assisting in training, supporting, and guiding junior agents when required. Build strong client relationships to encourage referrals, repeat business, and long-term loyalty. Coordinate closely with internal departments (administration, marketing, finance) to ensure smooth operations and high service standards. Represent the company professionally in all client interactions and uphold the brand's reputation across all touchpoints.
Skills & Qualifications

Minimum of 3-5 years' experience as a Real Estate Agent in Dubai, with proven sales success. Strong understanding of Dubai's property laws, transaction procedures, and market dynamics. Experience in mentoring or building a team is highly preferred. Excellent communication skill, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information clearly. Fluent in English-additional languages are an advantage. UAE Driving License with a car. Highly motivated, target-driven, and able to work both independently and within a team. Professional appearance, strong negotiation skills, and a client-focused approach.
