Job Description

We are hiring an experienced

Ready Mix Plant Manager

to lead and manage the daily operations of our ready mix concrete plant. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of concrete production, fleet management, and team leadership, with hands-on experience in the GCC region.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of ready mix concrete plant operations. Ensure timely production and delivery of concrete as per project/client specifications. Supervise batching operations and monitor plant equipment performance. Optimize fleet dispatch and manage transit mixer scheduling. Maintain raw material inventory and coordinate with procurement for restocking. Lead and manage a team of engineers, operators, drivers, and technicians. Conduct regular site visits to assess service delivery and client satisfaction. Review production and cost reports; implement process improvements. Ensure strict adherence to QHSE standards and local regulatory compliance. Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance with the maintenance team. Prepare budgets, control operational costs, and forecast requirements.

Key Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent). 8-10 years of experience in ready mix concrete operations, with at least 3 years in a managerial role. Strong technical knowledge of concrete production, mix designs, and batching systems. Proven leadership and team management skills. Proficient in ERP systems and batching software. Solid understanding of HSE practices and environmental regulations. Ability to perform under pressure and solve operational challenges quickly. GCC experience preferred.
