READY MIX CONCRETE PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR
Job Summary:
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Production Supervisor to oversee and manage daily operations at our ready mix concrete plant. The role involves supervising production activities, ensuring quality control, coordinating with dispatch and maintenance teams, and maintaining safety and efficiency on-site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily concrete production activities at the plant.
- Ensure concrete batching is done according to mix design and quality standards.
- Coordinate with dispatch team for timely delivery to clients.
- Monitor raw material inventory and coordinate with procurement.
- Maintain equipment, cleanliness, and overall plant efficiency.
- Enforce safety procedures and company policies.
- Generate daily production reports and logs.
- Communicate with site supervisors and clients as needed.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in ready mix concrete production (min. 3-5 years).
- Strong knowledge of concrete mix designs and batching systems.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
