As a sales agent, you'll be responsible for generating leads, closing deals, and building long-term relationships with clients. You will represent the Ganjina brand in high-value communities like
Mina Al Arab

Al Hamra Village
,
Marjan Island
, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate and follow up on leads through calls, social media, and networking
Conduct property viewings and provide expert advice to clients
Understand client needs and recommend suitable properties
Negotiate and close sales deals professionally and ethically
Maintain CRM records, prepare contracts, and coordinate with back-office team
Stay updated on local real estate market trends and regulations
Represent Ganjina Real Estate at events, exhibitions, and site launches
Requirements:
Proven experience in real estate sales (RAK or UAE preferred)
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong networking, follow-up, and closing ability
UAE driving license and own car is a
must
Good understanding of UAE property market laws and RERA regulations
Fluency in English (Arabic, Urdu, or Russian is a plus)
Presentable, professional, and client-oriented attitude
