YOUR ROLE
- Implementation of Henkel Consumer Brands portfolio projects in CAC, conforming to the highest international standards and quality, functionality, cost, market/marketing, safety, regulatory and legal requirements.
- Steer and support continuous improvement of formulations/packaging and/or process with respect to quality control, costs, supply security and handling.
- Manage the HCB portfolio for CAC and develop suitable means like harmonization to enhance efficiency in production, reduce production costs, and complexity
- Project management: Steering and coordination/leading of projects (totally or partially)
- Driving the technical agenda, building the reputation as key business partner to relevant functions in supply chain, brand development, purchasing and quality assurance. Drives the Sustainability agenda in line with category plans
- Leverage existing data on market and customer analytics to identify relevant trends and technology in your PD area of expertise.
- Leverage an internal network to share best-practices in process and product development and drive standardization across the business.
- Connect with external stakeholders (suppliers, customers, research institutes) to support quantitative trend analysis with qualitative feedback.
YOUR SKILLS
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Chemistry or a comparable degree coupled with 9-10 year\xe2\x80\x99s work experience in a similar role within a consumer/FMCG business
- With understanding of IP, product formulation and regulatory requirements
- Must have Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail; Self-motivated, creative, and an open-minded team-player, and able to work autonomously
- Maintains high standards, is results-orientated and highly entrepreneurial
- Must be able to critically analyze situations and provide insightful observations and improvements.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and must have project management experience
- Demonstrated experience in change management.
