We're looking for an energized, detail-oriented Junior Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Consultant to join our growing team! With 3-5 years' of RCM/EMR experience, you'll be working with clients to assess their revenue cycle needs, identify areas for optimization, and recommend cutting-edge technology solutions that drive efficiency. What You'll Do:
  • Evaluate Client Data: Analyze and assess current revenue cycle data to identify inefficiencies, gaps, and opportunities for improvement in existing workflows.
  • Identify Technology Opportunities: Spot opportunities to optimize and automate processes using technology solutions, ensuring smoother, faster, and more accurate revenue cycle operations.
  • Consultation and Strategy Development: Partner with clients to understand their unique challenges, offering tailored advice and strategies that drive operational efficiency and revenue growth.
  • Implement and Monitor Solutions: Assist in the implementation of recommended technology solutions, monitor their performance, and provide post-implementation support to ensure long-term success.
  • Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with internal teams, including Clinical Applications, Integration, Data Analytics and Learning departments, to ensure seamless integration of proposed solutions into client systems.
  • Continuous Learning and Innovation: Stay up to date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in the RCM industry to continuously bring fresh ideas and solutions to the table.
  • Client Communication and Support: Build strong relationships with clients, providing them with clear and actionable insights, offering support, and being a trusted advisor throughout the engagement.
Who You Are:
  • Experience: 3-5 years in Revenue Cycle Management/Electronic Medical Record implementations, preferably in a consulting or healthcare environment.
  • Tech-Savvy: Strong understanding of RCM software, automation tools, and technology-driven solutions that optimize workflows.
  • Analytical Mindset: Comfortable analyzing complex data and using it to make data-driven recommendations that improve operational efficiency.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills-you're able to explain complex concepts in simple terms and interact effectively with clients and team members.
  • Team Player: Ability to work well within a team and collaborate with diverse professionals.

Career Level - IC1
Responsibilities:
-Consults on Oracle Health (Cerner) Revenue Cycle processes and technology
-Has an understanding and experience practicing project implementation methodologies (project initiation, design & data collection, build/development, unit/user acceptance testing cycles, end user training, PROD go-live readiness.
-Experience with designing and configuring Oracle Health (Cerner) claim rules
-Experience with designing and configuring Oracle Health (Cerner) patient accounting
-Experience with designing and configuring Oracle Health (Cerner) charge services
-Experience and ability to analyse Revenue Cycle operational reports and communicate observations and recommendations based upon the data
-Experience reconciling claim remittances
-An understanding of UAE insurance post office functions (DHPO & Riayati)
-Understanding of the UAE insurance post office message protocols (xml, JSON)
