Revenue cycle analyst provides strategic direction and leadership in the delivery of all hospital and medical group revenue cycle related services including, but not limited to, patient access, coding, revenue integrity/charge capture and revenue cycle billing analytics and departmental AR management. Responsibilities for revenue cycle analyst
- Liaises with department heads and other hospital personnel and executives for the purposes of information gathering to enhance revenue cycle opportunities
- Integrate and analyze data from multiple data sources, determine root cause
- Serve as resource for special projects and priority assignments as needs are identified during the analysis process
- Assist in the initiation, conducting and coordinating of studies and analysis on resource allocation, financial program evaluation reviews
- Provide back-up coverage for the Analysts and assist Analyst, RCM III (Sr
- Assist Analyst, RCM III (Sr
- Responsible for logging all discrepancies and correcting nonpayment related discrepancies
- Work Discrepancy Report to determine types of discrepancies and assign appropriate reason codes
- Make all corrections of non-payment related discrepancies
- Forward all other discrepancies to Overpayment or Underpayment Analyst
- Excellent written and verbal communication telephone skills
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Access
- Minimum three (3) years of related analytical and/or consulting experience required
- Possesses technical expertise in some areas
- Proficient with PC applications including spreadsheet, word processing, and graphics packages
- Two (2) years demonstrated professional experience in a Analyst role
- Bachelor\'s (Required)
- RCM-ANALYST: 3 years (Preferred)
- Dubai (Required)
- Dubai: Relocate before starting work (Required)
