Role Summary: Manage integrated system of getting documents and issuance of dispensed materials to required department in proper time to cover the needs of internal and external customer satisfactions under rules and regulation defined in SFDA guideline.

Responsibilities:
- To develop and implement standard operating procedures synchronizes with production and Planning requirement in the view of raw material side.
- To manage raw material dispensing workflow under country regulations and SFDA guidelines.
- Manage day-to-day activities to ensure compliance with stipulated policies and procedures.
- Operational Management Manage issuance of raw materials as per production department requirement.
- Ensure periodical cycle count as per stated SOP and keep physical and system inventory accurate.
- Inventory Management Inventory accuracy & cycle counting
- Receiving, Order picking, Put-away and Replenishment of stock 100% as per IDR.
- Warehouse layout, storage material & material handling.
- Maintain Procedures as per SOP & Training.
- People Management
- Maintain a positive, supportive, and appreciative attitude.
- Ensure a culture of family orientated work environment founded on trust, honesty, transparency, with open communication and fair dealing with the maintenance of Jamjoom Pharmaceuticals high standard of work and work ethic.
Qualifications:
- Saudi National is preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Pharmaceutical Warehousing.
- Bachelor of Pharmacy/Master of Pharmacy.
- Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills, including diplomacy to negotiate conflicting priorities.
- Planning and problem solving/Maintaining proper communication.
- Complete SAP transactions knowledge in warehouse.
