Our government entity client here in Abu Dhabi is currently looking for a Rapid Response - Strategy and Transformation. Outsource - 1 year renewable The role requires a dynamic and innovative individual, capable of leading and collaborating with various squads to achieve transformational outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive studies (ranging from a few days to 2-3 weeks) to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation within the healthcare system. (e.g., feasibility studies, financial analysis, benchmarking analysis, gap analysis, due diligence, etc.) Develop strategic recommendations and action plans to drive transformational change. Liaise with stakeholders, including government entities, to ensure alignment with strategic goals and ability to push for data. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on key priority topics Monitor and report on the progress and success of transformation initiatives. Provide immediate support to different transformational squads (brainstorming on health topics, cost benefit studies). Qualifications: Minimum of 6 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience and exposure to healthcare industry, with experience in the region working for similar government entities. Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. Master\'s degree is a plus Job Type: Contract
