Responsibilities

General and Task Management. Material planning, run MRP, review and process messages, peg inquiries, check supply and demand.. Day-to-day order management and management of deliveries through product line order book.. Understand and manage risks to minimise the impact on production schedule.. Product data management, check BOM's, routing, lead times, work centres.. Enter / change W/O's, check status, commit dates.. Check stock for substitution availability; work with engineering on substitutions.. Develop visual planning tools (Heijunka / Kanban).. Understand earned value analysis, specifically SPI to schedule jobs effectively on the shop floor throughscheduling system.. Maintain OTD and exceed global target of 95%.. Work closely with purchasing, quality, manufacturing engineers, shop floor and warehouse to execute thedaily activities in a flawless manner.. Implement all processes to agreed standards and targets and support continuous improvement initiativesand identify areas of improvement.

. Works assignments carried out to the highest quality level with minimal supervision.. Must understand and comply with all quality and safety rules and company policies of Weatherford.. Other duties assigned by Manager within the physical constraints of the job.

HSE Roles and Responsibilities:While at work, (and while on work premises) WADM employees shall:a. Take reasonable care of their own health and safety;b. Take reasonable care of the health and safety of persons and the environment, that may be affectedby their acts or omissions at work;c. Not to bring any kind of alcoholic beverages into the workplace for consumption therein or to work in astate of drunkenness to enter or remain on the premises, and this include all type of drugs;h. Must comply with the personal safety precautions, use and care of protective devices includingPersonal protective equipment provided for Health & Safety, as per the low, disciplinary actions mightbe taken if noncompliance;i. Not to have any contact with moving parts, including rotating parts and machines;j. Not to removal or install barriers and machine guards whilst the machine is running, and the machineshall not be operated unless being reinstalled in its place, and allowed by the maintenance Dep.representative;k. Not entre an area if not authorized to do so, and where machinery is operating unless dressed in clothing and PPE suitable to the nature of work and in compliance with the orders specified by theplant for safety of employees;l. All employees have the right and the obligation to STOP an unsafe act or condition and use the STOPwork authority protocols.

Qualifications

Required Skills:. Knowledge of ERP systems.. Be fluent, both verbal and written, in the English language.. Computer literate (MS Excel).. Ability to competently perform all job functions with minimal supervision.. Individual must be able to follow instructions.Required Education. Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in EngineeringOr. High-School diploma or basic technical education with 1-3 years manufacturing experienceRequired Experience:. At least 1-3 years' experience in MRP. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing is preferred. Excellent written and spoken communication skills. Technical and IT knowledge is an advantage
