Job Description

Position: Rake Man
Salary: 2000 AED
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of surfaces for asphalt laying, including cleaning, leveling, and compacting.
- Operate rakes and other hand tools to spread and smooth asphalt evenly.
- Assist in the loading and unloading of asphalt materials.
- Ensure that all equipment and tools are properly maintained and in good working condition.
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe work environment.
- Communicate effectively with the asphalt crew to ensure smooth and timely project completion.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Rake Man in the asphalt industry.
- Knowledge of asphalt materials, tools, and equipment.
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment and lift heavy objects.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed.
