Radiology Technician
Job Description
Operate imaging equipment such as X-ray, CT, MRI, or mammography machines
Prepare patients for imaging procedures by explaining the process and positioning them correctly
Ensure patient safety and comfort during procedures
Follow physician instructions for imaging procedures
Adjust and maintain imaging equipment for optimal image quality
Use protective devices to minimize radiation exposure
Maintain accurate patient records and imaging documentation
Monitor equipment performance and report malfunctions
Assist radiologists in reviewing and analyzing images
Ensure proper handling, storage, and labeling of imaging data
Adhere to infection control and safety protocols
Maintain confidentiality of patient information
Comply with regulatory and accreditation standards
Participate in continuing education and training
Assist with scheduling and patient coordination when needed
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: QAR6,000.00 - QAR7,500.00 per month
