- Perform Corrective and preventive maintenance at client location.
- To do the programming and software update of hand held radios.
- Server troubleshooting via PUTTY software.
- Prolific with PUTTY software protocols - SSH, Telnet, SCP, SFTP, etc.
- VLAN Programming , DHCP and Switch Configurations, Firewall ( Fortinet) Configuration , Static and Dynamic IP routing setup , etcInitiate and lead the discussion/meeting with customer, product group on solving technical issues involving system interfaces, operation and maintenance.
- Conduct site survey and generate report to customer for site improvements or development work to achieve FNE and site readiness .
- Conduct detailed analysis on coverage requirements and perform IM study, where necessary.
- Generate System Installation and As-Built Documentation.
- Conduct system optimization and System Acceptance Tests with customer.
- Provide technical analysis and investigation of system faults during AMC.
- Coordinate with customer on dismantling of existing equipment and cut-over of new system to minimize disruption of service to customer operation
- Engineering Degree or equivalent in Telecommunications / Information Technology.
- CCNA certification and IT knowledge is a must.
- Minimum 2 years experience in telecommunications or IT industry with projects involving complex system, applications and leading-edge technology
- Experience in field implementation and system acceptance of large telecommunications and IT projects.
- Strong leadership qualities and interpersonal skills.
- Physical work and travel is required.
- Proficiency in English (Speaking and writing).
- Have Valid UAE Drivers License ?
