Supervisor Educational Requirements: o Fluent knowledge of English language (Speak, Read and Write). o Three years' technical engineering degree/diploma in mechanical engineering (polytechnic/HND) will be preferred o Minimum 3-4 years of experience in the relevant field (but not limited to): o Ability to carry out independently overhauling, alignment & trouble shooting of centrifugal and reciprocating compressors, Centrifugal and reciprocating Pumps, Gear Boxes, Belt Conveyors, Screw conveyors, Vibratory screens, Pneumatic Conveying System, Pneumatic Cylinders, Hydraulic Power packs, Hydraulic cylinders etc. o Ability to read drawings and instructions, to install/remove, overhaul rotating equipment or parts. o Ability to read mechanical components and structural drawing. o Ability to set, align and install/remove rotating equipment or parts. o Possess Basic knowledge of maintenance of EOT Cranes, Crane Hoist, and crane components. o Ability to troubleshoot and analyze equipment problems, and to request required spare parts. o Understands and apply plant HSE standards and maintenance procedures while performing work. o Ability to work with SAP will be advantage. o Support Maintenance and REs in reviewing and validating critical spares, which involves data verification, SAP work, and coordination with maintenance and WH teams. o Spares identification and BOM verification, or SAP data review activities
