We are seeking a detail oriented and experienced

Quoting Specialist / Estimation Specialist

to join our MEP team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates and quotations for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing projects. You will play a critical role in supporting project bidding, sales, and procurement processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Review project plans, specifications and related documents to prepare comprehensive cost estimates for MEP works. Analyze labor, material, and time requirements for tenders and prepare quotation packages. Obtain and evaluate vendor and subcontractor quotes to ensure cost competitiveness. Collaborate with engineering, project management teams to ensure estimates align with project scope and objectives. Maintain and update cost databases and estimation tools. Assist in post-bid reviews and provide clarifications as needed. Track and report estimation metrics and project outcomes to improve accuracy over time.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not required; equivalent experience will also be considered. Minimum 2 years of experience in estimation or quoting, preferably in the MEP industry. Strong knowledge of MEP systems and construction processes. Strong analytical and mathematical skills. Proficiency with database and reporting tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Must be available in UAE for immediate interview and joining.
