\xef\xbb\xbfJob role:
\xef\xbb\xbfProvide assistance in preparation of payment application, final accounts and sub-contract final accounts. Ensure all contract works, variations and contractual claims are valued accurately and included in the Monthly Payment Application and all Payment Applications are adequately detailed and submitted in accordance with the Main Contract. \xef\xbb\xbf\xef\xbb\xbfAccurately quantify the cost and revenue on a project and assist in preparing bid summaries for all sub-contracts.
\xef\xbb\xbf\xef\xbb\xbfRegularly conduct survey in order to prepare accurate schedule of materials on site.
\xef\xbb\xbf\xef\xbb\xbfAccurately re-measure, value and submit variations and contractual claims to the Engineer for payment in order to manage variation orders and in re-measurement of work done
\xef\xbb\xbf\xef\xbb\xbfMaintain a variation and contractual claim schedule and ensure the relevant variations and contractual claims are included in the Risk and Opportunity Schedule
\xef\xbb\xbf\xef\xbb\xbfEstablish all required information necessary for the completion of the Project Monthly Report. Prepare and submit the Project Monthly Report at the end of each calendar month.
