We are seeking an experienced Post-Contract Quantity Surveyor with a proven background in high-rise building projects in the UAE. The candidate will be responsible for managing all contractual and commercial aspects of the project after award, ensuring cost control, contract compliance, and timely settlement of claims and variations.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, review, and manage interim payment applications and certifications.
Evaluate and negotiate variation orders (VOs), claims, and extension of time (EOT) submissions.
Monitor project costs, budgets, and forecasts to ensure alignment with commercial objectives.
Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, and client representatives regarding contractual and financial matters.
Prepare cost reports, cash flow projections, and commercial progress reports.
Review and administer subcontractor payments, agreements, and correspondence.
Maintain records of contractual communications and ensure proper documentation for audits and disputes.
Assist in final account preparation and settlement with client and subcontractors.
Support project managers and site teams in commercial decision-making.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying / Civil Engineering or related field.
Minimum 3-4 years of post-contract experience in the UAE, specifically working on
high-rise building projects

Strong knowledge of
FIDIC contracts
and UAE construction laws.
Proficient in
MS Excel, Cost Control Software, and AutoCAD (optional)
.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and documentation skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
