Prepare quantity take-offs from drawings and specifications.
Assist in preparation of BOQs, cost estimates, and tender submissions.
Evaluate subcontractor quotations and prepare comparison sheets.
Monitor project costs and track variations/claims.
Coordinate with the engineering and procurement teams for budget control.
Ensure compliance with project requirements and local regulations.
