Job Description
A reputed Dubai-based Electro-Mechanical company requires an experienced QUANTITY SURVEYOR-MEP.
Requirements:
Candidate should be BE/BTech graduates with a minimum of 8 years work experience in similar capacity in Dubai with leading MEP Companies. Ideal candidate should possess experience in high-rise building projects and in the following areas :
- Monitoring and controlling the project budget
- Preparation of monthly project progress claims
- Prepare and submit variation works
- Preparing material reconciliation report.
- Prepare monthly cost provisions and issue monthly cost report for the management
