Job Description

The candidates should have minimum 3 - 5 years\' experience in estimation & costing with Joinery & fit out company in the UAE. You will be required to have a strong understanding of construction methodologies. \xc2\xb7 Prepare quotations tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities and other documentation

Work with Sales and Design Team to prepare BOQ\'s.

\xc2\xb7 Good IT systems knowledge and skills including AutoCAD, 3D Max, and Photoshop

Ability to measure works on site and from drawings including competence with electronic measurement systems.
Ability to analyze and interpret contract conditions.
Ability to understand, identify and assess project risks.
Excellent time-management skills, with the ability to adjust quickly, should there be changes in work priorities

Degree educated \xe2\x80\x93 Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree
Excellent communications skills
Excellent organizing skills
Advanced MS Office skills
Excellent command of written and spoken English

Experience

Previous experience in Estimation in Architectural/Engineering consultancy offices
Proven experience supporting senior staff and executives
Industry Experience \xe2\x80\x93 preferably reputable Joinery companies or architecture practices, engineering
Years worked following graduation \xe2\x80\x93 minimum 3 - 5 years

Job Types: Permanent, Full-time Salary: AED2,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
