Quantity Surveyor/estimator

Job Description
- CIVIL ESTIMATOR: with 5-6 years of experience in UAE with civil contracting company.
- You should capable of doing Quantity surveyor for full project -civil and MEP both.
- Good Knowledge and experience in preparing BOQ and submission for Tendering.
- Good Knowledge in UAE PRICING for subcontractor and UAE material prices for construction.
- You must be able to prepare Cash flow preparation for full project.
- Knowledge in Landscaping and Pricing.
- Good Knowledge in making method of statement and project planning as per the BOQ.
- You should be prefably able to prepare the contract agreement and review client contract agreement.
- Civil Estimation: 5 years (Required)
No Ability to commute/relocate:
- Umm al-Quwain City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
- Bachelor's (Preferred)
