A detail-oriented Civil Project Engineer is sought to manage site execution of landscaping projects, ensuring efficient resource use, adherence to timelines, and high standards of quality and safety.

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily site operations for landscaping projects, ensuring timely, budget-compliant, and quality-standard completion. Collaborate with architects, designers, and engineers for accurate design implementation. Oversee the installation of various landscape features such as hardscapes, irrigation systems, drainage, lighting, and green spaces. The role involves monitoring and managing site activities to ensure adherence to safety protocols, construction standards, and quality control guidelines. This includes supervising subcontractors, suppliers, and laborers to maintain alignment with project specifications and timelines. Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks to ensure all landscaping work adheres to technical drawings, engineering specifications, and industry standards. Provide technical guidance and support in the areas of soil testing, drainage systems, grading, and material selection. Review and assess construction plans, ensuring that the design is feasible and appropriate for site conditions. Troubleshoot on-site issues related to the landscape design or construction and find viable solutions to ensure the project continues smoothly. Assist in preparing material take-offs, quantities, and cost estimates for landscaping materials and labor. Ensure that resources such as materials, labor, and equipment are used efficiently to minimize costs and prevent wastage. Maintain detailed records of all project-related expenditures and report on any cost overruns or budget adjustments. Enforce adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards on-site. Conduct risk assessments and manage safety measures to protect workers, clients, and the environment during the landscaping process. Prepare progress reports, status updates, and technical documentation for the project manager and clients. Keep detailed logs of work completed, materials used, and any changes made to the original project scope or design. Maintain accurate records of permits, inspections, and compliance certificates. Coordinate and liaise with clients to provide project updates, address concerns, and ensure that all project requirements and specifications are met. Assist in handling client feedback and ensuring client satisfaction with the final product.

UAE Driving License holder and with own car will be preferred
